A few more tidbits to help with your journey !


Anticipation and desires! We all experience them no denying yourself indulgences no matter how hard we try they are always in the back of our minds....tips help some but the crave is still there ...you are human after all so why not have that craving and go for a donut or slice of pie ? Of course we should not deny ourselves ...after all we are human ! Here are a few tips maybe i can help...
I dont have a salt shaker in my house yet i collect salt and pepper shakers..I have over 200 sets yet i would never use them..I watch people when i go out to eat on occasion, family or strangers do you ever watch them when it comes to the amount of salt they douse their food with? i do and its ridiculous! I watch not because i am a perv but because most ppl do not even taste their food before they grab the salt shaker..lol...I use alot of natural spices and love the variety ..I dont miss the salt because i get mine from my raw sauerkraut ...cabbage , vinegar and salt ..the three ingredients ..therefore i get salt...beef , fish, poultry, eggs and vegs...do not naturally contain salt so i need to get it somewhere...after all our bodies need salt, as well as good fats...
Ok another one here thats way too far off the scale...Ever watch people cut all the fat off of their meats? lol how the body does crave fats especially the omega fats ..the good stuff...Beef , fish and poultry are the best way of getting our good fats , but if you are cutting all of the fats out of your diet how does the body react? It like putting a wetsuit on a diver and telling him to stay out of the ocean! Its crazy , cause how long do you think hes gonna last ? Cutting fats out of your diet is depriving it of some of the things it needs to function...when doing steak on the grille , bbq or otherwise dont cut the fat crisp it up and give it a go..your body need this...

When doing your steak on a BBQ , grille or frying pan let the fat crisp up and enjoy it...dont cut fats..

I do have a few people question my eating habits, I use salt because I crave it some. Working in the summer time I will stain a hat, belts ect, as well as have salt build up on my body from sweating. As far as eating fat, I do just like the potato skins, it's where the flavor is. I go for the quality of life, not the quantity. Ha ha
