 We learn from our history!

Touch something hot and it hurts us, a first kiss feels amazing. when someone lies to us it is heartbreaking.

these life lessons are important, they shape us, make us grow, and prevent us from repeatedly burning our hands.

But our minds are powerful tools, especially when it comes to pain prevention, it takes our history, and maps out a path to prevent new pain.

This self preservation is not always recognized, and sometimes its a good thing, but it can stop us from new adventures that could lead to spectacular outcomes

 Guess Herman we do learn the good and not so good! I def won't touch a "hot stove" again, but I would try "the amazing first kiss" again!
