Some guys you bone, some guys wait with you all night in the emergency room.

I suppose they're seldom the same guy.

I can understand why you'd want your friend to tag along when we go out. She probably knows how a girl like you has a good time, unlike me.

I'm not a particularly fun guy be with, I suppose. I'm not much good at a party or a dance or a club or a bar. I'm more of a movie or concert or restaurant kind of guy.

I'm the kind of guy who sits across the table from a girl half his age at a Waffle House at in the morning while she talks about getting her life on track until some friend shows up drive her somewhere.

I'm the kind of guy who listens to your troubles while he drives you and tells you if you need a friend he'll be there for you.

I suppose everyone needs a guy like that sometimes.
