Just Go For It!
It's been a few years since after chatting online with someone from out of town who was coming here for business I actually agreed to meet. We went out for a nice dinner and then back to his hotel room (I really like a good hotel room!) It didn't take long for me to remember how exciting a casual, spontaneous encounter could be.

In case you question meeting a relative stranger...I did my due diligence and during our chats we talked about many personal aspects of our lives and I also googled him before agreeing to meet. Hooking up was not a done deal, until after we met.

 I was lucky enough when I traveled that something like that happened to me. She worked for the company I was visiting so we had met and chatted a few times before. I invited her to meet me for drinks, she accepted, and even when she agreed to come up to my room, the end result was not a "done deal" until we started kissing. She has since left that company and moved to another area of the country, and I don't travel there anymore. We still keep in contact every so often and remember the wonderful evening we had. We talk about re-living it, but distance and circumstances have kept us apart.
